Video shows security scare involving teen in New York state
Police in Washington state found a 2-year-old girl, covered in blood with her head cut off, lying in a car with “suspicious behavior” in the early morning hours Friday.
The man suspected of fatally shooting her, 17-year-old Jordan Davis, remains in the Columbia County Jail.
